Request for Proposals (RFP) for Extended Day School Program
The Trumansburg Central School District (TCSD) is soliciting proposals from entities who wish to license space in the District’s elementary and middle schools for the purpose of operating an extended day school program consisting of before school and after school programming, beginning in the 2022-23 school year. The specifications can be downloaded using this link or can be obtained from our District Clerk via email at districtclerk@tburg.k12.ny.us. Proposals are due by noon prevailing time on July 6, 2022 by traditional mail, delivery service, or in-person to the District Office. No proposals will be accepted after the above date and time.
Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope/package with the following information clearly marked:
Project: Extended-Day School Program; Response to RFP
Deadline: July 6, 2022
Time: 12 noon
Failure to properly label the proposal envelope/package may lead to the rejection of the proposal. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.
